BUILT THROUGH EXPERIENCE

Peak grew from professional competition, rebuilding through injury, and years of hands-on coaching in both training and recovery settings.

It is built on what consistently delivers results — structured progression, intelligent recovery, disciplined daily habits, and targeted performance support that extends beyond the gym.

Meet The Founder.

I’m Mathieu Lesgourgues — former professional rugby player and performance coach.

Over a decade competing in France and the United States taught me what high-level performance truly requires: structure, resilience, and long-term development. It also revealed the cost of poor recovery, inconsistent programming, and reactive training.

After retiring from professional play, I moved into strength and conditioning, corrective performance work, and hands-on recovery therapy. My focus shifted beyond output to movement quality, tissue health, joint longevity, and sustainable recovery systems.

Peak reflects that evolution — not just how to train, but how to support the body completely.

    The Turning Point.

At one stage of my career, performance meant more volume, heavier lifts, and greater intensity.

Over time, recurring tightness and accumulated stress made it clear that more wasn’t better — structure was.

Performance required intention. Recovery required consistency. Daily habits mattered.

That realization shaped Peak into something broader than a training program — a system integrating strength, movement, recovery, targeted supplementation, and daily performance support.

      The Philosophy.

Peak is built on five foundational principles:

      • Move efficiently
      • Build strength progressively
      • Develop capacity and resilience
      • Prioritize recovery and tissue quality
      • Support performance daily

      Training alone is not performance.

Recovery, targeted supplementation, and consistent daily habits complete the system.

        More Than Training.

Peak is structured across four integrated branches:

        • Peak Functional

Structured strength, corrective movement, deep tissue release, and cupping therapy designed to improve movement quality and long-term durability.

        • Peak Rugby

Rugby-specific performance systems built to develop foundational strength, power, speed, and season-long resilience.

        • Peak Supplements

Formulations designed to support joint health, recovery, output, and long-term performance — without unnecessary additives.

        • Peak Coffee

Functional blends crafted to support energy, clarity, and daily discipline — because performance begins long before training starts.

Each branch serves the same objective: build resilient bodies and sustainable performance.

          THE MISSION

Peak builds stronger, more resilient bodies through structured training, intelligent recovery, and daily performance habits.

The goal is long-term strength, durability, and consistency — in sport, in work, and in life.
